Do I need to know Laravel or Vue?

No. You describe what you want and your agent builds against the SOIS extension contract. Knowing the stack helps you review and refine, but you do not write the boilerplate by hand.

What can an extension actually do?

Add entities and data, expose agent tools, ship a full workspace UI, run migrations and define permissions. Extensions are first-class parts of the ERP, not widgets bolted on the side.

How do I get paid?
